You have a good start but you aren't eating nearly enough, especially if you are lifting. You need to eat 5-6 times each day, each meal should have a complete protein and a complex carb ie vegetable. Add 4-5 scrambled egg whites with some veggies to your breakfast. Add a salad or some other veggies to your 11:00 & 14:00, add some cottage cheese to your 14:00. Add a meal at 17:00 and a high protein snack at bedtime like cottage cheese. Hope this helps.

Yes, like she said, you need to eat mroe often and more protein. why?

eating more often accelrate your metabolism.
and studies scientifically prouved have shown that the more protein you eat, the more fat you burn.

you need to eat, to lose weight!!! interesting isnt it?
just keep your meals small and clean.

just one more thing, i see in your profile that you are looking for tonr up. nice. need to growth muscle then. for this you need to consumme more protein. at least 1.5g of protein per body weight. you do the maths

I go to the gym from 1630 to 1830 ( includes driving to the gym from work and going home afterwards ) so cant eat then,
