Sit on the ground with your legs out in front of you, spread slightly. Pick up 2 dumbells and press them as you would if sitting on the military bench. It feels great! A little awkward at first, but as you get used to it you may find you really like it. I have. It can be performed standing or seated with a barbell as well. Good luck.
