when you do calves, do you train all the "heads" by changing the angle of your feet or do you just do calves raising?
do you think 1 a week is enough or need to aim 2x a week?

I change the angle, use seated machine, standing w/bb, single leg on steps and anything I can think of. Usually hit them 2x week.

2x a week like Charlei said, and try and seperate them from leg day. You will have more stregnth that way.

If you mean stretching beyond 90 degrees like doing it on steps, yes do that. My seated machine makes you do that too. I also place my feet at sifferent angles on the foot piece.
