i asked them to send me a sample and they sent me some energy booster instead. i've been dying to try it, i've been using pro complex for about 9 months now and would love to see what they've come up with. i get a little sketchy with cookies and cream though -- the muscle milk c'n'c flavor has a terrible aftertaste. -------------- i wish you ill, ice-t. margarine is a liar who announces, "i am butter!" |

I have heard both on it, some like it, some say it sucks. I haven't seen it in any local stores yet, or I might have tried some. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

they don't make pro complex in chocolate mint. on's 100% whey comes in that flavor, but not pro complex.

i'm hooked on their mocha joe flavor. i just can't drink it before bed because it's got caffine. it is quite tasty though in milk or water.

Yep, I've had the Chocolate Milk and the Vanilla Creme. Surprisingly, it was even tasty(vanilla).
And LB, the kiwi strawberry is good. I have had the Peach Melba too, which I really liked. Howdiekat..I could have bought the Mocha Joe at my gym for 12 bucks a container, but passed. Cannot stand the smell of coffee, let alone the taste.:( ============ Quoting from longballer: Tried the Musclemilk RTD's they were awesome no aftertaste. ============= -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

I loved muscle milk......blue berries and cream is awsome too.........btw....I know it says it promots fat burning, with those other fats in it........but I was kinda sketchy about that? All that fat made it have a big calorie profile? Been wanting to try it again, cause my 100 whey is kinda blan lol......should I be concerned abotu all that fat?-------------- The following, has not be approved by the FDA or FT, it was not meant to diagnose, treat,or prevent any diease(s) Please consult a moderator or doctor before using any of the suggestions or comments. |

The majority of fats are MCT's. These are medium chain triglycerides, which are not very easily stored as fat. For simplicity sake, you can think of them as carbs for energy, but more dense. You can buy MCT at stores. Twinlab has been putting it out for instance for years.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |
