I was talking to one of my jr.high friends, and we got to talking about the spring season. Somehow, we got to the point that I should maybe help coach.
I've been thinking about it more, and I really want to do it, so I'm going to email my old coach and see what he has to say. I'm going to start doing cardio on this tentative schedule, then incorporate strength training so I can be ready.

other than that, does anyone have any suggestions for slowly building my cardio schedule back up?
