Is no joke. I didn't really notice it until today, but there is ALOT of exercises in that program. I'm not complaining, I'm really happy, just looks like alot of work on paper! Well, we'll see how it goes.

iv been going through that advanced special 12 week mass program and so far, im on the second week and i dont think its too intense so far. but lets see how hard it gets as it progresses....I'm lookin foreward to a challenge :) lets see if i can take the savage mans title...

Heheh, well I can say this Rob. After day 1 I have alot of respect for all nat builders. I didn't think to start loading, or taking glutamine, or any of that. I'm WEAK!! My bench is pathetic now! But all in all I am taking it easy, low weights (some my choice, some not) and I'll give an update after the week. And I wouldn't want to take Nellie's title. I gave it to him. :)
