Does anyone know if regular bottled water and sparkling spring water (spring water and cardon dioxide only) have the same health benefit and if you can count the sparkling water towards your daily requirement?
the healthiest form of water is artesian spring water (from the studies and info i've read) because it's the purest with the best package of minerals. take your bodyweight, divide it in half and drink that amount in ounces per day (MINIMUM). seems like alot, but if you include a pinch of sea salt per 30+ ounces, you won't be heading for the bathroom every 10 minutes!
if anyone else can think of a better form, let me know.
oh yeah...side note here...plastic bottles suck...always have always will. but what can you do? all of our water now touches or is transported in plastics...unless you live in the mountains! as soon as i get my water from the purifier, bottle, etc...i transfer it into a ceramic or glass container.
