Discovered somthing cool, other day I tried for my calves......I did regular standing calves raises in a smith, but I took my shoes off, and they are actually sore today lol Be careful though, don't go extremly heavy, caus eyou don't have the extra pading on your feet.
Also another cool variation of calve raise, if hold the bar in a front squat posistion, and calf raise it that way. Has a lil different fill.
