One more question regarding stretching. I keep hearing how important it is...but where do I find info on simple stretches to do? And the key is SIMPLE stretches.

Up until now I haven't been stretching.

Nevermind...I just did a google search and I think I found some stretches that I can use. I like the ones that have pictures rather than lenghthy explanations. :)

You will find stretching is not as important as was once thought, especially pre workout. Post workout, or inbetween sets while the muscle is warm is fine. (dynamic stretching)

Also there are a several stretches with pictures showing you how to do them on this site. Just check "Fitness Resources".

I guess you never played a sport, because that's where all my stretching knowledge comes from.
