Hello, i was wondering if i would see results if i only used a stationary bike.. i dont have acess to the gym, like i thuoght i did, and my mom wont take me to one. but is just biking for like an hour a day maybe more and some crunches enough to see results in my legs and stomach area?.. (hopfully by summer..)?
Depending on the tension adjustment placed on the bike you will definately burn calories. You will promote muscle tone in your hams and quads. Crunches will only make your ab muscles stronger (which is impotant) but wont help you lose body fat. Try a home workout from here on freetrainers along with some good spinning with your bike.
