I would really appreciate your advice/comments on the following information which I have gathered from this website. I know there may be no exact right or wrong answers...but am I along the right lines?
1. For bulking a good schedule is to lift heavy weights, targeting different muscle groups, 3 times per week, e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri. I should rest for the weekend.
2. To keep the unwanted fat gains while bulking to a minimum I should do cardio 2 days per week (as well as keep the diet clean!).
3. The cardio should be on the off-days, as doing it after lifting heavy weights will restrict the gains in mass.
4. Cardio should be performed in the morning when glycogen levels are at their lowest. It should be done for 30-45 minutes to give the best fat burning effects.
