I've been inputting my weekly data into my fitness plan, but I dont' know how to review my past weeks' history. Can you if you are not a paid member here? thanks.

You can view the charts that the program creats to track your gains. I think the chart thing is at the bottom of your exercise plan.

I clicked on "view all weeks" and the entry form for FT Pro came up. I don't see it anywhere at the bottom of the exercise plan. (I dont' want to input, i want to see the past) thanks again.

go to your exercise plan then at the bottom of the page hit exercise progress that will take you to a page that lists all the body parts you are working along with a graph on each parts progress.
