Power Eating
by Susan M. Kleiner

I saw this book advertised in Women's Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier ,I have found this book plus the men's one by him useful as well as what I am learning on this site so I was wondering if the Power eating book would be a good one to get. Or would there be another one on nutrition that would be better ... I have about 30lbs to lose ...I am also following ft 's weight loss & toning program .

thanks Alexi

Sorry, I haven't replied as I haven't read the book.

A lot of people on this site use the ft nutritional guidelines and the "grocery list for a bodybuilder" which is at the top of this board - it's a useful list of suitable foods that you can use whether you are trying to lose or gain weight.

Welcome to Freetrainers.
