sorry I know it has been asked before,
but I am getting conflicting info :surprised:
Creatine should I take 5 gs in morning or is my 5gs in the middle of pwo shake enough (after a loading fase)

You can take it 2 ways....
load for 5 days of 10g in morning and night adn then 5g thereafter
or
5g a day for 30 days and thereafter....after 30 days...both are equivalent...
I prefer 2nd way....it puts less stress on the kidneys...

If you have loaded, 5gr. post workout will suffice nicely.

I personnally only carry 5g on me at a time......unless its the weekend, then I will carry 10g's $$$ bling bling$$ lol
