I wish I could pee standing up

Lunges are not for the faint of heart. Anyhoo, I've developed a post lunge technique for going to the bathroom. It goes like this: As you're bending over to sit down on the toilet reach a hand between your legs to edge of the toilet seat. Use your arm to take as much of your body weight as possible as you are on your way down to relieve the screaming pain in your thighs, hams and glutes. :dumbbell: -------------- I lost twenty pounds! Unfortunately, I was in England at the time...

The handicap rails work fabulously as a support to hold yourself up so that you do not have to actually sit all the way down. Menace, did you know that hippo poop is solely responsible for holding up a large chunk of the eco system? You know, they eat grass, they poop, fish eat the grass in their poop, other animals eat the fish that eat the grass in their poop and works it's way right on up the food chain. I think that is pretty amazing and wonder if these large and low to the ground beasts know that they are contributing to the life and longevity of the world around them every time they move their bowels. -------------- Julienne A morning without coffee is like something without something else.
