I have just eaten a good amount of cookies and decent amount of fat along with other christmas treats (white bread, white sugar, etc.) Is it alright to not follow my diet on Christmas eve and Christmas day?
I'm trying to gain weight, but the healthy way. If I disregard my diet on these two day and go right back to my diet the day after Christmas, will my body show any negative effects (fat around belly and butt or anywhere else; fat gain)?
