Can somebody please help me because I don't really know how to keep track of calories. This webstite told me to eat 3250 calories a day. check bodybuider´s grocery list, those are all the nitrients you need to eat. from there, look out for their nutrional information (at nutritionaldata.com as an example) and make your own menu.
remember to eat every 2-3 hours.
