As the title says, I want to know if what goes into my pie hole is enough to help me get a bit bigger. I think not, but you can b the judge of that :)
WAKING: L-glutamine
-20 mins later-
BREAKFAST: 2 bananas, 2 slices of wholemeal bread with peanut butter spread, Milo, multivitamin and alpha lipolic asid tablets.
LUNCH: White rice, 1/2 fish, vegetables , some curry. Plus half an apple/orange/pear.
EVENING: Fish/chicken sandwich with a whey protein shake.
DINNER: White rice, 1/2 fish, vegetables , some curry. Plus half an apple/orange/pear.
POST-WORKOUT: Whey protein, then creatine, then wholemeal bread with peanut butter/ fish/chicken sandwich.
Not much variety, I know...I can't control my lunch and dinner much as mum cooks it. I thought of adding skim milk, but where should it go to? Post workout is crowded. What would you suggest adding? I do nibble on lettuce, nuts and some fruits in between, so my metabolism is always on. I don't eat beef and lamb/mutton and pork due to religion obligations.
