Is workout wear important? My friend got tired of working in his usual house clothes as his pants went until his knees, making some exercises uncomfortable and then went down to his boxers! Is there any golden mean for workout wear? Or will boxers do?

Duh, home gym! I tried boxers today and well, it was more comfortable. Of course, I exercise at home, so who's looking?

flat sole shoes( wrestling etc.) offer no arch support at all....I used them for deadlifts, just cause I felt lil lower to the ground.
Arnold worked out outside alot too, probably didn't want tan lines. personally, I like my "boys" kept in a cetain area/place.If I wear boxers I might as well go camando...or just wear 2 pair of shorts. -------------- The following, has not be approved by the FDA or FT, it was not meant to diagnose, treat,or prevent any diease(s) Please consult a moderator or doctor before using any of the suggestions or comments. |

Thank you for the tutorial on your pro-creative fellas Big Andrew. I don't have any, but I am sure that if I did, I would want them to remain stationary as well.
Oh, and by the way...do you really think that anybody evalusting your second picture up there is going to notice anything other than this girl's...uh, well..."flexability" ?:big_smile: -------------- Julienne A morning without coffee is like something without something else. |

I noticed the big guy was holding her up all by himself. I'd have crumbled to the ground with her right on top. (Then we would have argued whether or not it was purposeful. LOL)
I'm still waiting for a better pic of the girl walking around the far left side of the pic. Big A? Can you hook us up?:cool: -------------- --Click here to insert a clever message-- Jonathan |

Andrew, I gotta give it to you. You sure can't type, but you are one big and strong man.
