Push aways are the number one exercise you can do. This is simply pushing away from the table at meal times when calorie needs are met.

Yep, we always called them push backs. Enough push backs will prevent Duplop disease. That's where your stomach done lopped over your belt.

6 packs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. everyone has a perfict 6 pack, most are coverd in a layer of fat though.

Well, you can start off by filling in your profile so we can give you some good info. I can tell you to use the 12 week ab program on here, but you might be disappointed at the end when your abs don't show. Like tthe others here said, you need to diet and lower your bf to a minimum of 7-8%.
