I have been trying to defy my genetics! I have a 41" hips and 27" thighs weigh 150, 5'4". Everything I do doesn't decrease my mass.I would like to loose 15 lbs. I am in the military, so I do pt everday. I do at least 30 min's of either the stairmaster, running, powerwalking...
I don't know if maybe it is the result of certain foods I eat. I always drink water and my meals are pretty balanced.I think I eat more than enough, but I am ALWAYS hungry, while my husband is never hungry the times I am. Any suggestions?

Welcome to freetrainers mryanni2000. Take a close look at your diet. Are you eating the right amounts of protein, carbs, and fats? The cardio is great but that what it is, aerobic exercise. You are only building your heart muscle and lungs, which is great, don't get me wrong.
You have to include some weight training with that, in order to build your muscle. I am sure your protein and complex carb intake is not where it should be, and that is why the hunger.
Eat often and make the right choices. Hope this helps.
Happy New year and good luck. Thanks for what your military is doing.
-------------- If you can dream it, if you can imagine it, then you can be it, you can do it. If it is meaningful enough, and you commit the energy of your passion, you will.

that sounds like me! i know how that feels...i have found that just being "well balanced" isn't enough for me. i had to give up all "bad carbs" like white rice, pasta, bread and go for whole wheat grains and brown rice. it has made a difference in my weight loss.
GOOD LUCK!
