ok well first i am 15 years old and i have done the poor way of exercising and weating i went on diet pills:S i just wnat to loose my love handles, firm my abs and work on legs, so is there anything, or anybody can help me i need a workout program, and healthy eating guide and i want to loose 10 -20 pounds but august 2005! hope someone can help me thanks!

well well........
1st theres many programs on here, look threw them see what works for you.
2nd clean your diet up... thats the only way you gonna lean up
3rd your gonna loose weight all over you body not just where you want too. So you can't spot reduce.
