Hey guys,

I'm looking to get a few questions anwsered in regards to Ephedrine and the ECA stack, and I'm hoping that someone here could help me out a little.

To start off, I've been trying to loose about 20lbs before I join the volunteer fire department and the ambulance service. I've managed to get into a routine of running a few times a week, and hopefully starting to go to the gym to lift weights very soon. Recently I met someone who started using ECA to loose weight and the results he has seen has been amazing. So anyways, I've been wanting to see what ECA can do for me. I've started using ephedrine in small doses (8-16mg) just to make sure I won't drop dead, or if any nasty side effects pop up. Now that I haven't had any problems, I want to learn how to take it effectivly, but most importantly, safely.

So first off, what would a common dosage be? I've read about the E1/C10/A4 routine, but I want to make sure that it is safe. And how often would I take that?

Somewhere along my research I've read about the supplement "L-tyrosine". They said to take this suppliment if you aren't having any luck. What do you guys think of that?

And what kind of side effects would I be worried about? Keep in mind that I take my Blood Pressure every day, so what would an unsafe B/P be? What about pulse rate? Any other side effects I should be on the look out for?
