I'm eighteen and from Hawaii. I'm trying to get into better shape before being sent off to Navy boot camp July 26th! That gives me almost seven months. I'm not looking to lose weight or anything, I'm pleanty thin. I just need to get my muscle into better shape. Especially around my arms. I'm not too great at push ups. I can do about 15. That's all!!!!!
I'm a pretty OK runner. I do the mile and a half in 10 minutes 7 seconds. I want to get that down to 9 minutes or LESS.
