i have a question how can I maintain a bmi of less then 5% and still live a hectic schedule. Need help, am slim but I want to get rid of the excess love handles that have developed

bmi 5%........usually bmi is just a number........not a percentage like fat...????
You just have to find time to eat healthy, carry your own food around in a cooler in you trunk whatever you have to do. I'm in college and i do that.
And alas one can not spot reduce anywhere.....so to get rid that fat, your gonna have to use more calories than you take in. Theres an abb program and diet help on this sight. good luck.

do you mean body fat percentage?
I'm no expert on body fat percentage, but I would have thought that level extremely hard, and not healthy, for a woman to get to.
If you were aiming that low, you would need to do everything you could to protect your bones from osteoporosis - have enough calcium, do plenty weight bearing exercise etc.
