hey I'm a 15-year-old female and I'm new to the weight training and dieting thing. I am 5'8" and 160 lbs. I would like to lose 30 lbs and tone my muscles so I can look and feel good about myself for once. I don't have access to a gym however because I'm 15 and obviously broke and it's too expensive for my parents. Any motivation tips to help me get started? Thanks

you dont need a gym, where is a will, there is a way.
just remember one thing: you need to eat to lose weight.
a healthy diet is not stope ating, not at all.
what you need to do is make a nice diet, eat clean foods, healthy nutrients (you can see the bodybuilder´s grocery list on this forum, on specific diets and nutrition...).
you also have to eat every 3 hours more or less, small balnced meals with good protein carbs and fat. why? this will rise your metabolism level and will make you burn more calories than you normally do. where does this leads to? fat loss.
go for a run 3-5 days a week if you can, 20-25min for a start then 30-35min each session.
dont be hard on yourself, avoid all sugar and stuff, dont go to BK or McDonald´s so often... but you can have a free day on your diet where you cvan eat everything you want. but just once a week.
be patient, be consistent and you will see results.
peace,
kakaroto
