I work my abs with knee raises and decline situps with a 15kg weight on my chest, 4 sets for each. Would it be counter productive to do this every training session? they are becoming more defined and developed, infact they are becoming big abs. also, are there any other abs excercises I could do with weights either for the whole abdominal wall or for my obliques?

I think doing them everyday would be overtraining. Remember, when you work your abs with weights, you'll gain mass...abs are just another muscle group.

Also remember, do the abs slow and contract fully. After 15 of those babies you will be screaming burn if you do it right.
I only do them a few times a week. The more important part is that they stay toned underneath the fat but that i burn the fat off..and as we all know you cannot spot reduce :(

NEVER!! Twice a week max...they are a muscle, no matter what all the so called experts want to have you believe, they need the same recupuration that any other muscle would if you are trying to grow them.

There have been a lot of posts for abs. Try doing a search and you can get a lot of information for what works for different people. The 12 week ab program is great. I usually work my abs 3 times per week.

So true. I have also read about working abs daily, and the article stated you cant over work them....They say this because yours abs are always working during the day to hold you up..ect...so therfore hitting them hard daily is fesisble...jus my 2 cents...try hanging leg raises, these kick my butt!
