I started to work out again after a long time off. 4 days ago I started with a shoulder\biceps routine but I’m still sore in my forearms near my elbow, biceps near my elbow and my shoulders. It can really feel it in the morning when I wake up. Like I said it’s been a long time since I worked out and I thought that being sore was normal but for 4 days? Any help would be appreciated…

Yes it is normal that long after. I usually do not get sore till the end of the second day after a workout. If it continues past 7 days it is most likely a strain and you need to lower the weights...:dumbbell:

When I worked out the first time ever I was sore for 2+ weeks, it's just a major shock to your body because your body has never been under such conditions before. I wasn't injured at all either.
