depends, alot of the "low carb stuff" is very high in fat.............for instantace... a pouch of low carb ranch dressing at subway is over 250 calories.......while the fat ree one is only 90. Only differance is , non fat one has 10 more carbs.....big whoop.
If your doing adkins ok, but if you just trying to limit carbs, keep them under a cetain goal, then no.
Thing people need to realize, CARBS DON'T MAKE YOU FAT! Theres low carb everything, everyone is so carb concious now.
theres low carb peanut butter, only differance in that and regualr natural peanut butter is like 3 or 4 carbs......but the low carb has lots more fat including hydronatted oils. Which on any diet are bad.I mean peanut butter is alredy low carb.....only 8 or 9 a serving...with equal 8 or 9 g protein.
If your at all trying to build a better body, then you need carbs, period. If your eating whole wheat carbs, and other low glocomic carbs, then you shouldn't have to worry about gaining huge quanities of fat.
I'm guessing the low carb pastas have also been "bleached" or cured to get rid of some of the carbs, and you loose alot of the flavor, and nutrients. Unless its fortified or somthing.
I personally don't think its worth the money myself. Have a half cup regualar wheat pasta, instead of full cup if your "cuting" or whatever
