What is the best way to even out my biceps??? Literally you can see the size difference in my biceps. My right arm is a good set ahead of my left one.

I am wondering what the best way to even out the arms, and is it true that doing dumbell curls at the same weight will eventually level out my arms??

I have heard that dumbbell curls will, and I haev also heard that barbell curls will. Someone know the answer?

well I have found that my left arm is a little weaker than the right. Both are about the same size. Try doing dumb bell preacher curls and use a little heavier weight for the laggin arm. See if that helps!

Logically, when doing barbell curls, the stronger arm will always compensate for the weaker one. So, the stronger arm will always remain stronger than the weaker one.

Therefore, as Mutt suggested, you have to strengthen the weaker arm until it catches up.

I know i have to strengthen it but how?? Increase weight on the left one?? That doenst make much sense because increasing the weight will cause me not to be able to do as much reps in proper form as my right one and I am afraid will not help much at all. I cannot even do the current weight sets and reps with my left as i can do with my right.

What if I just continue doing the same weight dumbbells in both arms? Will my left arm build up and catch up quicker?

Firehawk - you have to gear your workout toward your weaker side. Target weight/reps that you can do properly with your weak side. It'll be easier for your dominate side but don't worry about that. It'll take some time but eventually the two will come together.

Yes but will my then strong side come down to my weaker side by not challenging it??? Or will my strong side come down half way and my weaker side come up half way?? Or will the weaker side come all the way up???
