anyone have any suggestions on how to get lean and muscular? I'm not overweight or considered fat so I'm not looking for weightloss, but I would like to lose some body fat and get leaner. I've been told do lots of cardio, and lift weights, so I've been doing a 3-day split :- back/biceps; chest/triceps; legs/shoulders and aerobics on each day I weight train. I find I'm just putting on bulk under my fat - I'm not looking lean AT ALL.
HELP...:( :dumbbell:

I've been on this plan since feb 2004 (I stopped for 2mths from oct to end of nov for exams). I've been cutting down on my portions and trying to get my 5-6 meals a day - fruits for snacks. Lots of water. I don't eat fast foods and I've been trying to include more vegetables in my meals. But I haven't really cut out any foods, just cut back by approx half. Could it be my diet?

Could be your diet. Have you set up your nutritional plan to see about what you should be taking in food wise?
