A lot of nutrition books I read never reallysay to eat cereal? I eat cereal almost everymore and usually are hungry within the next two hours.Should I substitue cereal with something else, if so what?

Perhaps you just need to eat more of it? Or add something more filling to it, like oatmeal. What cereal are you eating now?

If you are eating a cereal that is mostly sugar and such, that could be the problem too. Take a look at the grocery list for a bodybuilder on this site and it'll give you a good idea what you should be putting into your system.

Oh, and you should be eating every few hours anyway... 5 or six smaller meals a day.

Take a look at the cereal ingredients like Tim says.
You want as much fiber as possible (takes longer to digest, keeping you fuller), low in sugar, high in good carbs etc.
If it has glucose/fructose, sodium, starches, make a good change.
Oatmeal for a start is a good change. You may want to look at "Kashi" as it has great ingredients.

If you can dream it, if you can imagine it, then you can be it, you can do it. If it is meaningful enough, and you commit the energy of your passion, you will.

This is possibly because a lot of cereals are not very filling and not substantial especially if you need to train try oatmeal -porridge with honey or raisins if you feel you need cereal it will keep you going quite a while
