I checked out that 12 week ab program that they have...dude, that first week is weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaak! has anybody gone through this thing? please tell me it gets MUCH harder than this...anyway, most of these programs seem kinda week, at least the first few weeks of them, anybody gone threw all of these? how do the workouts look at the end of them?

That is a common statement I have heard from non-beginners. If you're that advanced, you can take an FT program and just add to them. Every body is different.

well i have no complaints about it my abs are rock solid my oblique muscles are showing and ihave5 weeks to go i cannot wiat to see what they look like at the end of this program maybe my picture to show the results LOL.....

When I did this program, I just added until about week 5. That is when it really starts to get tough..for at least me anyways. Just stick with it and add at the beginning, you will see results.

jnellie, rock solid on week4? well of course you had worked abs before the program. i dont think u can get rocksolid from scratch thru week 4..? but hey, we all have six-packs, we all started workin on abs the day we started weight lifting, right guys? so there is a foundation

Well i finished the 12 weeks abs program and woah, u will see some good results :) trust me, the program might be a lil weak at first but it works, it worth that u test it
