hi. :] ever since puberty ive been gaining and gaining weight. . however, ive finally lost about 30 lbs. on the low carb diet. everyone notices it and says how good i look, but when i see myself with no clothes. . i feel the same as i did when i weighed 165. im not sure if its all psychological or if its just bcuz i'm not toned up. i know i lost bcuz my pants sizes are smaller and obviously bcuz the scale tells me so. . but i dont feel it. im still not happy. i thought loosing 30 lbs. my body would look good enough to wear a skirt or a bathing suit. but i still feel FAT. ive always been self conscious and i want to rid myself of that. are there specific exercises for people who've lost weight and want to just tighten things up, or is it all the same? i have a workout plan here. . but it focuses a lot on my arms, chest + back .. and im more worried about my thighs, butt + belly. also, i have some cellulite on my thighs when i sit a certain way it shows. im only eighteen. i dont want to be plagued with this for the rest of my life. . will diet get rid of that or do i have to depend on these bullsh-t products that'll cost me 100 bucks? please, help me. thank you. ;]

Well, dont you sound like me when I was younger.. you need to work this issue thru you mind honey! First all, you do look great if people are tellin you that. you are feeling which most women feel anyway. My gfriend is tiny tiny yet refused to put on a swimsuit.. IT IS ALL MIND CONTROLLED. you need to start looking at yourself in the mirror with positive images... thinking POSITIVE to help you overcome this! Congrats on losing the weight! that is great.. I am about where you started.. gained all mine back but this is a new year and I plan to work it off!!!!

you can do it without products - most don't work anyways

work on losing some more wieght & build up the muscle

watch your diet - big key there

thank you, slik. i know. . its mostly mind. i mean, i have a friend who is obese + she goes to the beach in a bathing suit no problem. . + i havent worn one in 8 yrs. i dont know. i just want to feel secure.
