I AM 5 MONTHS WITH MY FIRST BABY AND BEFORE I BECAME PREGNANT I'M 5'6 WEIGHED 130 NOW I WEIGH 152 I REALLY NEED HELP ON MAINTAINING MY WEIGHT BECAUSE I AM SCARED OF BECOMING OVERWEIGHT.PLEASE GIVE ME NUTRION AND EXERCISE ADVICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH

What did the doctor tell you? Perhaps we can help you to follow his advice.

Of course good nutrition for you and your baby are most important.

Well it's not a womens perspective, but since I've been through two kids with my wife can offer you some advise.
If you can access a pool, try swimming, really good excersize for the entire body & with that extra weight, you won't stress joints etc in the water.
Watching my wife gain weight while pregnant, sort of comes with the territory. Do what you need to & focus on getting back in shape after the birth.
