i started with ft 3 years ago and enjoyed some great gains/losses :) ... and around march i lost the motivation... so in january i tried again sadly i didn't even make it through january ( i just updated my profile and it had last years dates :)
so this year i will do better because my body is in some sad shape. but the people here are great and thats why i wanted to try again.
I want to encourage everyone that is just starting that this is a great place and you will see great benifits if you stay motivated and on track.

Ahh the best laid plans.... about a month after this post I found out I was pregnant and had to really modify what I was doing per doctors orders. My son is now almost 2 months old! Fortunately, I only have about 10lbs of "baby fat" to loose because even though weight training was out I kept up the healthy eating and I walked alot. This year's goals are to loose baby fat and tone up. So howdy to all the "regulars" and to all the people I haven't met since I've been away. :)
