I have arthritis in my knees and recently aggravated the right knee with a fall. I have been going to PT and have been informed that walking, running, elliptical etc are bad. Question is I was doing 30 miniutes of cardic everyday prior to the fall. I have been inactive now for about month and half and I can feel it. What is the consensus out there among the trainers that I can get back to my routing of training which included weight training three times a week.
