Hello everyone, i just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Karin, i'm 23 and am trying to get totally motivated to loose all this extra weight that i've been trying to loose since my son was born over a year ago! I'm at 153 right now. I'd like to be back down to 116--the weight I was before I had my son. All my pre-preg. clothes just don't fit. LOL. I want to get my stomach back to flat instead of flab. My arms too. I use to be an avid swimmer and had all the right muscles in all ther ight spots. Can't wait to get started!

Welcome, karinrobertson, to FT! Sounds like you have the motivation! You have a good exercise partner with you, your son! I used to pack mine in the stroller and off we would go, for walks and walks, to this day my kids still talk of those long walks we would take (hours!!) as one would grow out of the stroller the next would be in and off we would go and so on! It was great exercise, especially those hills and my sons really, truly loved those times!

Ashley--just do it for yourself and the rest will come along! When you feel good about yourself you will shine!
