I just started working out seriously again, and I am having problems eating enough calories. I have been making very healthy choices with my food, and it just doesn't seem to be adding up to enough. For example,
Calories Eaten Today
source grams cals %total
Total: 796
Fat: 23 203 27%
Sat: 9 77 10%
Poly: 1 8 1%
Mono: 0 2 0%
Carbs: 112 307 40%
Fiber: 36 0 0%
Protein: 63 253 33%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

I haven't been going to bed hungry, and I eat until I'm full. What am I doing wrong?

796 calories would be adequate for a 53 pound person. Not knowing your weight it is hard to give good info.

Sorry about that. I filled out that information under Nutrition Plan, but I don't see anywhere I can enter it in my profile. :( I am 5'6" and 134 lbs.
