:( I think that, having the extra stomach fat is really depressing me for some reason, because no matter what, it's still there. I think though, that... if I start jogging/running/walking and combine that with a diet plan, and a certain exercise routine I've been doing- "Taebo- and "Core Secrets" I'd be able to lose it. Two years ago, I was 170 pounds, and I went on weight watchers, I am now 144-146 it ranges, I want to get down to at least, 125-130, will what I was talking about really help, and when should I take days off?... Thanks for your time-
