Well, I'm 17, I am a guy and I need to lose weight. I'm about 6'3 or taller, I weigh around 300 pounds if not more I havn't been to doctor lately. I want to lose weight, I need some type of diet plan and excersice plan. I was hoping that you guys might be able to help, and I also have another very embarrasing.. attribute I have man boobs lol and I was wanting to know if there is an excersise that will make them go away. It's a new year and I would like to change. Thank you in advance.

welcome to FT

right sign up for a FT programme here and follow it, it will give you a good nutritional programme as well.

A good diet is the key to good health and weight loss.
Read the post called "bodybuilders grocery list" by BB1, pick youf foods off that list and you will be alright.

an other thing, unfortunently you cant "spot" reduce fat from a certain part of your body, the overall fat level has to drop

good luck with

So basically if I just lose weight there's a chance I'll lose my man boobs? There are no chest exercises I can do? I've got a lot of excess far around thigh, butt, stomach and chest any exercises you could give me to help it out a bit? Thanks for your post.

Look under the Health Resources tab at the top - there is section for execrises which would help build the muscle under the fat. So you still need to lose the fat but muscle will help get rid of it.

have you got your fitness plan, yet??

Like xx says, sign up for an FT program.. it'll include chest exercises, but the best thing for man boobs is a good diet...

any sort of benchpressing (decline, incline, dumbell etc) will build muscle in those areas effectively "tightening them up" but you will still need to loose body fat (which will probably come by lifting weights) to completely get rid of them. Believe me.. I had them.

Ok, so if I just do the personalized fitness plan on this site it'll get rid of my man boobs? Help me lose weight and tighten up my chest, could anyone here point me to a good diet plan though, there arn't many foods I can eat without getting sick, and I've been raised eating things that are greasy and not very healthy thank all of you for the help you've given me so far.

First off, the fitness plan will only work if you do... the man boobs will go away with some fitness, but you need to clean up your diet...

Fill out your profile and then follow the nutritional guidelines set up by FT for you..... it's under the nutritional plan... also, look for the thread 'grocery list for a body builder' and grab some of the food on that list... cook it correctly and you're on your way.. also, there are some recipes on this site too...
