Hammer curls, concentration curls and reverse barbell curls should do the trick.

Hammer curls:
Do this exercise the same way as regular Dumbbell Curls except your palms face inward and stay that way throughout the movement. Now you not only train the biceps, but place a great deal of stress on your forearms as well.

Reverse barbell curls:
Same as a normal barbell curl except your palms face downward (i.e. hold the barbell the same way as you would when you do squats). You won't be able to lift as heavy as the stress is more on the forearms and biceps.

I prefer the hammer curls. They really burn and then I don't have to work my forearms. I don't really need to anyway (I think), but it still gives them a nice burn as well. Kill two birds with one stone.

For the peak concentration curls, but make sure to go throught full range of motion on it to get maximum results.

Also, when I do concentration curls, I tuck my thumbs under the handles. By holding the dumbbells this way, I am able to squeeze harder at the top of the motion. I hold the barbell the same way when I do regular barbell curls.
