Trouble Getting Enough...

...Carbs. On my nutritional tracker, I am having trouble getting enough carbs. I eat plenty of brown rice, wheat bread and wheat pasta, veggies, fruit. So, should I go from half cup dry in rice or pasta to a full cup? It's also leaving me about 1,000 cal/day under what the tracker says I should get. Any help, suggestions would be great.

how much are you actually taking in calorie wise, and what progress are you seeing?

The nutritional calculator is only a guide, and many people find it is a bit on the high side, so you maybe don't need the full 1000cals.

Another good source of carbs, if you do need more is oatmeal.
