Question about creatine supple.

I'm thinking about getting a creatine product. Any suggestions where? There are about a dozen different kinds. Second, I read in many places that while taking creatine water builds up in your fat cells. Then after a while it'll go away. Where does the water buildup go to? Chest, stomach, legs etc.? Just curious, thanks.

For favorite brands on this site, do a search; you'll come up with some great discussion.

As for fluid retention: the fluid that you may retain while supplementing with creatine is intra-muscular, not sub-q (or in your fat cells). The retention is eleviated after some time the same way as other fluids: by way of the kidneys.
