Hi this the first time I am posting. Last year I was good with my exercise but I did not do well with my diet. I weigth trained 2 times a week and did karate two times a week. But I tried meny diets over the year but I did not stay with it. I did go from 232 to 221. I need motivatiion to eat beater.
Well I have to say I agree with ravenwolf. If you want it bad enough you will fight for it. That is why I am on here. I hope you fight your cravings. Good luck
