I just started working out recently - I am currently in my third week of my program. (Gain muscle mass & 12 week abs) My problem is that I'm not taking any weight gainer or supplements and have no idea which ones are good. Any ideas on what I should take?
ewak - You really don't need supplements unless you can't keep your calorie intake on the clean surplus side but lacking that, there are a lot of MRP's out there. There's plenty of good reading here on ft and check out bodybuilding.com for some more good reading.
