i have whey, after my workout, and before i go to sleep. just wondering, does it make a difference when i take it after my workout? someone told me to take it 30 mintues after my workout, but another person told me to take it right away. not only that, but after my workout i'm always hungry, so how long after i drink the shake, should i have my meal? please let me know, thanks.

Begin your pwo shake as soon as humanly possible.

Before bed is not a good time to have a whey shake, too quickly absorbed. You will need to mix some fiber and fats or some casein with it if you want to have whey pre bed.
