ok, i tried emailing you again and it says that your email address does not exist so i will copy my email to you here:

'Hi Arnold
I am an FT member, you may have seen me on the boards as SRZrasoul. i have seen the pics you have uploaded when you post replies, and i am impressed with your size and definition. I am 15 years old and would like to be your size (muscularly) by my early twenties and my question is; what routines have you been using to train during your bodybuilding career? I seem to find myself lost looking for the routine that works in my goal to achieve size and definition. and i do not have a great deal of time to try various routines but i am currently on the special 12 week mass program and it has started to break through my plateau that i had.
and if you choose to answer my question, for a little more information, i have been training for several months now (around 8, whenever i could find time).
thank you for your time
-Rasoul (pronounced rasool)
p.s. your so huge and defined it looks as tho it hurts to flex.... great job and keep up the hard training!'

sorry if its too long. thnx again

I've noticed that... I think it's funnier that people choose him just because he looks like he knows what he's doing based on his pictures.

It's ok. Arnold is very helpful to the people here on this site, but yes I agree that people should base knowledge by looks. Mutt is very helpful and he is still way over what he wants to be. It is people like us that have seen some great improvement that I like to ask questions to. You know that they have come a long way so they have to a little something. Some people are just gifted with great bodies and don't have to work at it (not saying that they don't know what they're talking about). That is why I like this site so much, you have many different people with different starting points and different goals and it helps to get a wide range of opinions and informatin on what has worked for them.

whatever, hes a bodybuilding getting into compatition right? thats good enough, cause i want to get to the size to possibly compete later on if i have the time allowance. its ok if the pics arent him.
cainsands, no one asked for your opinion on this. i very well know what im doing, im no beginnier, but i like to find out whats workin for others because it might work for me. no ones basing anyone and their knowledge on their pictures.
funny how some just gotta throw in their 2 cents when its not needed huh

You need to relax there cains, if you will look through my previous posts, 99% of them are helpfull answers to the community, rather than one word answers to how the weather is or how much beer I can drink. There is a reason George & Adrian personally selected me as an official ft community moderator, and certainly not based on any pictures. I have 11 years of bodybuilding experience under my belt along with a handful of successful competitions. I have trained dozens of individuals personally. Most members select me for advice based on my previous posts, and all those that ask me if my pictures are real, I tell them the truth..

My personal stats are 24 years of age, 5'11", 220 pounds, 8-9% bodyfat. I'll post my real pics when I decide to compete again in the very near future. Schwarzenegger is an icon and truly changed my life so I choose to honor him in this way.

Now on to more usefull things, SRZrasoul:

You seem to have the right attitude when it comes to fitness. I can sense the drive in you my friend. That's great! Once you finish the 12 week program here at ft, be sure to take the recommended 2 week layoff. Then I would go into th 8 week mass program twice. Then back to the 12 week mass. Be sure to go all out in these programs, that means if you are asked to do 8 repetitions, you should fail at the 8 or maybe 9th rep. Understand? Also, be sure to get a full range of motion on all exercise, and a good contraction or squeeze at the top of the movements. Rest is also very key.. be sure to get atleast 8 hours of sleep a day.. a nap during tha day helps out as well. In terms of diet, what does that currently consist for you? At your age.. you need to eat.. eat.. eat! But healthy choices ofcourse. Stick to about 4-5 smaller meals per day. Select food items such as chicken breasts, beef, tuna, pasta, egg whites, brown rice, low fat cottage cheese, fish, etc. Drink plenty of water as well. Hmmm.. also try to consume a MRP (Meal Replacement Shake) after each workout, add 5 grams of creatine as well as 5 grams of glutamine to it. Some MRP's have that already.

Remember, "to make it to be a champion, you have to make it through the pain perion".. - Arnold Schwarzenegger

Good Luck my friend, and please ask if you need anymore assistance.

The weather here is Austin, TX is HOT and BEAUTIFUL, (like a good woman), and I can drink 12 beers. LOL :0) It's great to hear someone so young involved in BB! I know you'll achieve all your goals SRZrasoul!

P.S. Since starting my workout program with ft trainers, I hardly drink alcohol at all anymore. This body building thing has truly changed my life. Stay clean and healthy SRZrasoul, and you can do anything! :) ;) :)

I just want ed to thanks roni I try! I may not look like a body bulider, but I do have 7 years of lifting experience. I know that I should be in better shape, but hell people we are all different. I just happen to have a powerlifter/strongman bulid and look. Oh well I will still keep putting in my 2 cents, and if the advice is taken great if not that is ok as well. SRZasoul, chill man it is all good. No need to attack Cain like that. There that was my 2 cents take it or leave it LOL!

This thread did kind of go somewhere I didn't expect it would. I don't believe that Cain was trying to belittle anyone with his comment, and he never said Arnold didn't know what he was doing. I mean how many times have you read a post from someone that starts out "Arnold, you are so freaking huge, you've got to help me out, blah, blah, blah..." instead of "Arnold, you seem like a very experienced guy, I would like your opinion on blah."
Am I making any sense?
Can't we all just get along? ;)

Wow, I step away for a few days and look what happens. Cain, if you are still checking in (and I doubt you are), stick around my brother. It is often hard communicating via this medium to express what you mean or for intentions to always be clear. We know that. C'mon back dude. It WON'T be the same without you.

Nina, I was mainly referring to the deleted posts. Doesn't much matter now...we should just end this thread. Thanks.
