I weigh 165 lbs. Im trying to gain size, along with strength, leaness, and muscle tone and definition. Lately ive been gettting around 165 grams to 180 grams, but a guy at the gym, and this guy does look like he knows what hes doing, he has trained with jay cutler before, he tells me i should get around 250 grams a day, if i want to gain good size. Would this be true, or would 250 grams be alot?
