I forget the proper name for this exercise - Ya know, you lay on a bench with dumbels together, arms extended straight up over your chest - then you lower your arms while bending at the elbows. Like dumbell bench presses, but your arms are lowered more out to the sides rather than straight down to your shoulders. Anyway, I was wondering why this exercise is not part of my ft exercise program. It seems like a classic chest workout and gives a great stretch. Do any of y'all do this one?

These are normal bench flyes and I've been doing them through ft. They don't come up every week, but I incorporate them anyway as a pre-fatigue exercise on chest day.

I also put these in my chest exercise. I love them and think they give great definition to each individual side of your chest.

Good advice,
you can also try inclined flyes which will fill in the muscles around you collar bone and give your chest a fuller look.
